The general director of Havana Club International SA, Frenchman Cristian Barré, presented the Havana Club Maestro Grand Prize to the Greek team.
In an evening celebration beneath Morro Castle in Havana, 400 attendees gathered to honour Havana Club, the country’s renowned rum brand. The event marked the conclusion of an international competition sponsored by Havana Club, a joint venture between Cuba Ron S.A. and Pernod Ricard, where 600 bartenders competed in showcasing their cocktail mixing skills.
Alfredo Guerra, global ambassador for Havana Club, emphasised the event’s focus by stating, “The uniqueness of the event is that beyond promoting the individual creation of cocktails … it takes into account friendship and camaraderie.”
