Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has accused France, India, and Greece of arming Armenia, warning that his country will take "serious measures" if the threat continues.
According to him, these countries do it openly, trying to prove something. "If we see a serious threat, we will have to take serious measures," Aliyev threatened.
He referred to the issue of the four villages of the Kazakh region and noted that Azerbaijan never forgot about them.
"The issue of exclaves is different because it is more complicated. They are surrounded by the territory of the other country. The issues related to them should be resolved within the framework of the delimitation process," Aliyev said.
