The air fryer makes our lives easier and saves us time and money.
Make this simple recipe for calamari, which is sure to be just as crispy and, at the same time, healthier since it is not fried in hot oil.
Just as important, it can be enjoyed during the fasting period!
Materials for four servings:
600 gr. frozen calamari
180 gr. flour for all uses
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
lemon for serving
Cayenne pepper
salt
Procedure
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Wash and dry the calamari well. Mix the flour and spices in a bowl. Add the calamari and mix well.
Step 2
Using oil spray or a silicone brush, lightly oil the calamari. If we don't oil them, the flour will cook and harden, and they won't get the crispy crust we want.
Step 3
Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes. Shake the pan every 4 minutes to cook the calamari evenly. Serve with lemon.
