Body of Unidentified Man Found in Faliro Coastal Area

The Hellenic Coast Guard has announced the discovery of a man's body in the sea off the coast of Faliro this morning.

The man, estimated to be between 25 and 35 years old, was found unclothed and bearing five tattoos.

Coast Guard Announcement:

"In the morning hours today, the Faliro Port Authority was informed of the presence of a man's body in the sea area of SEF, east of the Kifissos River estuary. The man, of unknown identity, approximately 25-35 years old, Caucasian, unclothed, with a total of five (05) tattoos, was recovered from the sea area in the presence of a medical examiner. The body was transported by EKAB ambulance to the Tzaneio General Hospital of Piraeus. The Faliro Port Authority, which is conducting the preliminary investigation, has ordered an autopsy and toxicological tests."
