The North Aegean Region has decided to participate in Europride 2024 Thessaloniki, scheduled from June 21 to 29 in Thessaloniki.
EuroPride is a pan-European international event for the LGBTI+ community hosted in a different European city each year. This year, Thessaloniki will host EuroPride under the auspices of the Municipality of Thessaloniki and the Thessaloniki Tourism Organization. The event will feature various activities, a conference, and an exhibition fair, culminating in the EuroPride parade on the final day.
As part of this event, the North Aegean Region will participate in the exhibition fair from June 26 to 29. The goal is to increase visitor numbers, particularly to Lesvos, a prominent destination for members of the LGBTI+ community, and to promote North Aegean destinations in Northern Greece more broadly.
