One&Only Opens Second Greek Resort on Kéa Island

Following the successful 2023 opening of One&Only Aesthesis in Athens, One&Only has launched its second Greek resort, One&Only Kéa Island Resort and Private Homes. Set on a 65-hectare beachfront site on the rugged west coast of Kéa in the Cyclades, this ultra-luxury all-villa resort features contemporary cliff side villas, each with a private infinity pool offering panoramic sea views.

Philippe Zuber, Chief Executive Officer of Kerzner International, stated, “Every One&Only resort is one of a kind, celebrating its exceptional location and honoring the natural landscape and local community.” Zuber highlighted the collaboration with the local community to authentically reflect and protect Kéa’s unique spirit.

Designed by architect John Heah, the resort’s 63 villas and Private Homes integrate local stone and Greek marble, with Cycladic elements such as white-washed walls and pergolas. The resort also offers the first free-hold branded residences in Greece, ranging from one-bedroom to six-bedroom villas with infinity-edge pools and native gardens.

The resort celebrates the island’s culinary heritage, showcasing local produce in its restaurants and bars. Atria, the resort’s main restaurant, offers refined Greek cuisine, while Kosmos lounge provides a versatile menu from freshly pressed juices to cocktails. The Kaiki pool bar and Èpicora wine bar offer relaxed dining options, and the hidden Incognito speakeasy bar provides an intimate setting for rare rums and whiskies.

Bond Beach Club is set to become a major attraction, offering Mediterranean and Asian flavors, masterful mixology, and vibrant tunes from resident DJs. The resort also hosts ‘Panigiri’ nights, featuring traditional music, dancing, and wood-roasted meats.

For activities, the resort provides tailored experiences including diving, yacht charters, and guided tours led by the resident archaeologist. The One&Only Spa, in partnership with Subtle Energies, offers holistic treatments inspired by Greek mythology, while Club One features fitness facilities, padel and tennis courts, and a KidsOnly Club with creative activities.

One&Only Kéa Island promises an immersive experience, allowing guests to explore the natural, nautical, and cultural charms of the Cyclades.
