With the final match looming, Greece continues to shine brightly in the European spotlight, captivating millions with its "Greece: A life-changing experience" message.
Launched on June 12th and running until July 14th, the campaign has seen impressive advertising spots projected on over 7,400 digital screens across five German host cities: Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Frankfurt, and Düsseldorf. These high-visibility locations have reached an estimated 2.7 million stadium attendees and 7 million additional fans in public spaces.
The aim of the campaign was to position Greece as a premier tourist destination, highlighting its unique charm, warm hospitality, and unforgettable experiences. By targeting retail outlets, public transport, hotels, and offices, the GNTO has effectively showcased Greece to a vast international audience.
Dimitris Fragakis, Secretary General of the GNTO, expressed his pride in the campaign's impact. “Greece is managing to put itself on the global tourism map and attract even more visitors, enhancing its image as one of the most charming destinations in the world.” he said.
