In Mykonos, the ultra-luxurious yacht "This Is It," valued at 490 million euros, is docked.
On the island known as the "Island of the Winds" lies the superyacht "This Is It." The yacht, with its groundbreaking design and valued at nearly half a billion euros, belongs to a Cypriot businessman and has drawn significant attention in Mykonos.
Measuring 44 meters in length and 14.5 meters in width, this catamaran-style vessel aims to redefine yachting, which is why it was aptly named "This Is It." It is covered in glass along its entire length and can accommodate 12 guests in 6 luxurious cabins, along with a crew of 13 members.
According to Mykonos Live TV, the futuristic superyacht, valued at 490 million euros, was designed by the team at TISG (The Italian Sea Group) and was launched in 2024. Among its many features are a swimming pool, a spa room with a jacuzzi overlooking the sea, luxurious lounges that span four decks, a cinema, and an open kitchen designed for events and cooking demonstrations. It also includes a 15-meter tender, two jet skis, and various types of water toys, reaching speeds of up to 21 knots.
The owner is Cypriot entrepreneur Tasos Papadnastiou, who has successfully established the Cypriot giant company "XM," which is now one of the largest financial forex platforms in the world, serving clients in over 190 countries.
