Stefanos Tsitsipas will kick off his Olympic tournament campaign against world No. 87, Zizou Bergs.
As the No. 8 seed, he will face the 25-year-old Belgian for the third time in his career. Tsitsipas previously defeated Bergs back in 2017 during the qualifying rounds of the indoor tournament in Antwerp and again this year in the first round of the Australian Open with a score of 3-1 in sets.

If Tsitsipas confirms the expectations that favor him, he is likely to encounter British player Daniel Evans, currently ranked No. 59 in the world, in the second round. Evans will play against Tunisian Moez Echargui in his opening match.
In the third round, the Greek star is set to clash with the No. 12 seed, Sebastián Báez. After the quarterfinals, Tsitsipas will face significant challenges, likely going up against either Novak Djokovic or Rafael Nadal in the quarterfinals, Alexander Zverev in the semifinals, and Carlos Alcaraz in the final!
Tsitsipas’s Potential Path in Paris:
1st Round: Zizou Bergs
2nd Round: Evans or Echargui
3rd Round: No. 12 Sebastián Báez
Quarterfinals: Djokovic or Nadal
Semifinals: No. 3 Alexander Zverev
Final: No. 2 Carlos Alcaraz
