A tragic bus accident in Turkey has left nine people dead and 26 others injured.
The incident occurred near the town of Polatli, approximately 80 kilometres from Ankara, when the bus veered off course and crashed into a bridge.

Governor Vassip Sahin reported to HaberTurk TV that initial investigations suggest the driver may have fallen asleep, as there were no indications of braking before the collision. Emergency services and authorities are at the scene, working to address the aftermath of the crash.
