Exclusive Acropolis Tours Offered: New Promotional Campaign Launched

Since the Ministry of Culture launched a new service in late June, seven exclusive guided tours of the ancient Acropolis in Athens have taken place, according to information released on Thursday.

This premium offering allows for tours outside of regular operating hours and accommodates up to four groups of five people each. The price is set at 5,000 euros ($5,500) per group, although individuals who wish to book a full group can do so independently.

The Cultural Resources Management and Development Organization (ODAP) has noted that these tours have primarily attracted clients from various European countries, including groups, families, couples, and even a solo traveler.

To promote these private tours, branded as " ," ODAP is currently seeking interest for a two-month advertising campaign on popular tourism websites.

In terms of overall visitor statistics, the number of daily guests at the Acropolis remains steady, in line with last year’s figures, ranging from 16,000 to 18,000.
