Armenia to Welcome World's Tallest Statue of Christ

Armenia is steadily progressing towards unveiling the world's tallest statue of Christ, a monumental project set to grace the peak of Mount Hatis.

Armenia is on track to be home to the world's tallest statue of Christ. Standing at an impressive 33 meters tall, which reaches 99 meters when combined with its pedestal, the statue is partially completed.

The remaining sections will be airlifted by helicopter to their destination atop Mount Hatis, situated 25 kilometers from Yerevan, where the awe-inspiring monument will be assembled.
