Balancing traditional techniques and modern aesthetics, Efharis and Nikos create ceramic forms of timeless beauty.
The siblings Efharis and Nikos Paltoglou have given a modern breath and their personal touch to Homatino Ceramics, the pottery workshop opened by their father in 1976 in Kalogreza, Athens.
Considering pottery works as a way of connecting them with the world, they remain true to the tradition they learned to respect while growing up in the family workshop.
By modernising it, they create utilitarian ceramics but also tailor-made pieces that give a unique dimension to a space or table.
Their signature is the raw and elegant finish. Their main value is the perfect design and the quality result. Their goal is the noble ambition that the ceramic that literally bear their fingerprints become a part of our lives.
Observing and touching the creations of Homatino Ceramics, one can see the transformation of a humble, magical material into a creation of special inspiration and aesthetics.
