Light and crunchy, these homemade zucchini chips are a worthy alternative to the beloved but unhealthy chips from the supermarket or periptero.
Materials:
200 gr. sliced zucchini (about 50 slices)
1 tsp. of malt vinegar
1 ½ tsp. of extra virgin olive oil
⅛ tsp. of sea salt
Procedure
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 100 degrees.
Step 2
Put the zucchini, vinegar and olive oil in a bowl. Mix the ingredients well and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Place the zucchini slices in single layers on two shallow oven trays on parchment paper. Salt evenly.
Step 4
Bake at 100 degrees for two to two and a half hours until the chips are completely dry, crispy and golden. Halfway through cooking, turning them on the other side is essential. After taking them out of the oven, let them cool.
Step 5
And the favourite crunchy snack is ready for quick consumption!
