A 25-year-old man was arrested at Athens International Airport on Sunday for attempting to smuggle cocaine into Greece.
The suspect, who had travelled from Sao Paulo, Brazil, was found carrying 1.2 kilograms of cocaine concealed in a specially modified compartment within an orthopedic back belt. The authorities seized the drugs, and the suspect has been handed over to the Athens Public Prosecutor's office for further legal action.
