Four Seasons Hotels has finalized an expansion agreement with Irish investor Paul Coulson, marking its presence in key Greek tourist destinations. The luxury hotel chain will now operate in Vouliagmeni, Mykonos, and Porto Heli.
The newly managed 5-star hotel at Astir Palace, Vouliagmeni, joined the Four Seasons portfolio in September 2017. A collaboration with AGC Equity Partners—owners of Astir Palace—will soon bring a new 5-star hotel to Mykonos, slated for completion by 2026. The Mykonos resort will feature 192 beds and state-of-the-art facilities, with an investment of 78.6 million euros.
In Porto Heli's Hinitsa Bay, Coulson’s venture, "Hinitsa Bay Holdings," will oversee a new resort. Situated in the Ermionida municipality of the Peloponnese, the project involves creating a 5-star complex with a 607-bed capacity. This comprises a 257-bed hotel and 350 beds in year-round operational furnished residences.
Four Seasons currently manages 130 hotels and resorts, along with numerous luxury villas in 47 countries. Esteemed in reader surveys, traveler reviews, and industry awards, the brand is recognized globally as one of the premier luxury hotel chains.
