Greek-American television personality Maria Menounos recently visited Athens for a pivotal meeting with Greek tourism officials to discuss strategies for enhancing Greece's visibility in the U.S. market.

Accompanied by her husband, Hollywood producer Keven Undergaro, their daughter Athena, and Sotiris Kyranakos, General Coordinator of the Authentic Marathon, Menounos met with key figures at the Greek Tourism Ministry.

The high-profile gathering included discussions with Tourism Minister Olga Kefalogianni, Deputy Minister of Tourism Elena Rapti, and Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO) General Secretary Andreas Fiorentinos. According to a ministry statement, the talks focused on leveraging the Greek Diaspora's influence to boost Greece's tourism appeal in the United States.

Her involvement in promoting Greece underscores the significant role of the Greek Diaspora in fostering international interest and tourism.
