Ego: The impressive all-day bar in Kalamata

Kalamata has a historical centre, special culinary wealth, beautiful beaches, and many different entertainment options, which are just some of the elements that make the Peloponnesian city the ultimate summer destination.

Between the city and the sea, the Ego all-day bar looks like a natural continuation of the landscape and is made to satisfy every desire and need.

It sets a scene of absolute relaxation and well-being, particularly atmospheric. It is made of natural materials, mainly wood and cane, and immersed in the green of the huge trees and earthy colours. At the same time, its uplifting rhythms set the mood every hour of the day.

It combines the area's warmth and simplicity with the Cycladic islands' cosmopolitan character.

For all these reasons, it has gained impressions and substance, and it is in its fifth year of operation.

It is worth noting that Ego has been awarded for the design and management of the materials used to build it, as well as for the management of its waste and for the ways of managing and saving energy, water, and sustainable supplies that it follows.

It is also important that this is a place fully accessible to people with disabilities.

Creative dishes with a local character, imaginative cocktails and unique services

Its cuisine is Greek but creative, with an emphasis on local ingredients from local producers. To start the meals, you need only the delicious grilled sardine with flavoured yoghurt, basil powder, tomato, onion, and cilantro.

The traditional rooster with pasta and smoked graviera stands out among the main dishes.

The drinks list includes a wide range of local spirits combined with modern ingredients and flavours, as well as signature cocktails.

An interesting proposition is the Elvis Left The Building cocktails, which combines premium rum flavoured with orange, passion fruit, bitter almond, and musk lemon.

Events and actions that develop into unforgettable experiences are constantly held in its impressive space.

Unique services are also provided, such as private cooking, booking a sunbed, swimming in the clear blue waters of the Messinian Gulf (no extra charge), and many other personalised services that satisfy even the most demanding guests.
