Explosion at Event Venue in Athens-Souniou Causes Damage to Nearby Shops

An early morning explosion rocked the area of Agia Marina Koropi today, causing significant disruption.

The incident occurred outside an event venue located along the Athens-Souniou road, where an improvised explosive device (IED) had been placed on a bench by unknown individuals, according to the Hellenic Police (ELAS).
