Individual omelettes with cheese, pepper and spinach in the air fryer

These omelettes with cheese, pepper, and spinach, fried in the air fryer, are quick, easy, and delicious savoury snacks for young and old.

Materials:

Two full tbsp. soft unsalted butter
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil + extra for greasing the dishes
Two spring onions, chopped
One small red pepper, chopped
200 gr. diced ham or turkey
300 gr. baby spinach
100 gr. Mozzarella grated
100 gr. grated gruyere
50 ml full milk cream
Eight eggs
a little nutmeg
salt, black pepper

Procedure

Step 1

Heat the butter and olive oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the onion, pepper, ham and spinach for two minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add the nutmeg and mix.

Step 2

Remove the mixture from the pan and let it cool a bit. Then, divide it into silicone muffin cases, which we have first greased well.

Step 3

Mix the mozzarella with the gruyere in a bowl and add a little cheese to each case. In a second bowl, beat the full-milk cream with the eggs and some salt and pepper, and divide the mixture into the muffin cases.

Step 4

Bake in the air fryer at 180°C for 12-15 minutes. Let them cool a little before serving.
