According to ELSTAT data, 6,027 motorbikes and motorcycles were registered in August, an increase of 11.32% compared to the corresponding month of 2023.
In the first eight months of 2024, 55,539 two-wheelers were registered, an increase of 17.87% compared to the same eight months last year.
CFMoto took first place in the motorcycle category, leaving behind Yamaha and Honda. BMW Motorrad and QJMotor went very strong, recording very good sales figures, while Benelli and Suzuki are in the top ten.
SYM still leads the scooter market with a 25.29% market share in August, leaving Honda and Piaggio in second and third place. The increase in sales of QJMotor, which, for the first time, entered the top ten scooters list, is noteworthy here.
In Autumn, the market continues its dynamic course as more new models arrive, and Greek drivers seem to trust bicycles more as a means of transportation and entertainment.
