Aryna Sabalenka, fresh from her US Open victory, took time to unwind in Athens before heading off for her Asian tour.
The 26-year-old Belarusian tennis star has developed a strong connection to Greece, thanks in part to her relationship with George Fragoulis. Sabalenka shared her affection for the country on Instagram, describing it as "the people and the place that has my heart."
She will soon compete in the Beijing 1000 and Wuhan 1000 tournaments, critical events in her pursuit of the world No. 1 ranking, as she prepares for the WTA Finals in Riyadh later this year.
