Make healthy dark chocolate cereal bars in 40'

From morning to night, the dark chocolate cereal bars are the ideal snack for cravings and a first-rate choice for a post-workout snack.

Materials:

4 egg whites
140g powdered sugar
45g all purpose flour
130g grated coconut
100g cranberries or raisins
120g dark chocolate couverture, in drops
100g oats
80g honey
90g dark chocolate couverture

Procedure

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees with the fan and line a 20x30cm pan with non-stick baking paper.

Step 2

Pour the egg whites into a bowl and beat them into a meringue with a hand mixer. Add the honey and powdered sugar and mix gently.

Step 3

Pour the rest of the ingredients into the mixture, except for the 90g. couverture and mix well.

Step 4

Spread the mixture in the pan you prepared and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes. Take out of the oven and let the bars cool.

Step 5

Melt the reserved couverture in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Pour the melted couverture over the bars, cut into rectangles and store in a cool environment.
