The 1st Greek scooter was unveiled!

Greece can enter the European production chain, and the Greek-made scooter unveiled at the AUTO ATHINA 2024 exhibition of Petros Petropoulos SA proves it.

NOOS is the first electric scooter produced in Greece, and it is the result of the efforts of Petros Petropoulos SA and the Ecoshift program.

The scooter is the star at the great auto (and mobility) exhibition of AUTO ATHINA 2024, at the impressive stand of the Petros Petropoulos group, where an interactive presentation of all the activities of the innovative investment program Ecosift was presented.

In fact, in the conversation of the executive president of the group, Michael H. Economakis, both with the Minister of National Economy and Finance, Kostis Hatzidakis and the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Christos Staikouras, who visited the exhibition.

He revealed that in a few days the start of mass production of the Greek scooter, alongside the opening of the production unit in Attica, would take place.

Note that the Greek company, subtly and completely efficiently, breaks every record of profitability.

According to the 2023 financial data, the company had a turnover of 213 million euros (+36.8%) with net profits of 8.1 million euros (+24.6%). The results of 2024 are also expected, with the first half recording an increase in sales and profits compared to 2023.

The Greek scooter

NOOS by Petros Petropoulos SA was designed and developed by Greek engineers. It will be available in two versions, covering the L1 and L3 categories.

The L1 version has a maximum speed of 45 km/h - i.e. it will also be driven by car license holders - while the L3 version reaches 80 km/h.

It is driven by a Bosch electric motor with a power of 3 to 5 kW, depending on the version, and has a battery with a range of 60 km.

There is also the possibility of adding a second battery, which increases the range to 120 km, which is the longest on an electric motorcycle of this category.

One of the special features of NOOS is the ability to easily convert it for professional use, especially for companies that manage fleets of vehicles for delivery services, with the possibility of placing a transport box.
