Taxi drivers have been given a three-week deadline to attach special adhesive signs to the rear-right window of their vehicles, indicating to customers that card payments are accepted.

The Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) provided these signs to the Panhellenic Taxi Federation on Tuesday, asking for them to be distributed to taxi drivers.

Failure to display the sign will incur a fine of €1,000.
