Are you looking for easy, simple, and, above all, delicious ways to cook your fish? This recipe is exactly what you need!
Materials:
Four solea fillets
100g flour
extra virgin olive oil for frying
100g caper
juice of 2-3 lemons
50ml of butter
½ tsp. satureja
salt, freshly ground black pepper
Procedure
Step 1
Put the fish fillets in a bowl and flour them well on all sides. Shake them to remove the excess flour.
Step 2
Heat a little olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the fish in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden in colour. Turn them once so they don't fall apart. Place them carefully on a plate lined with some absorbent paper and then on a serving platter.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a clean pan over high heat. Add the capers and sauté for 1 minute. Add the lemon juice and mix with a spatula until the sauce thickens.
Step 4
Pour over the fish with the sauce you prepared, sprinkle with the satureja and serve immediately.
Tips: A nice accompanying suggestion is asparagus or boiled potatoes.
