Easy and delicious cookies with chocolate that will delight children!
Materials:
250g butter
1½ cups sugar
Four eggs
Two couverture
1½ packages of self-raising flour or a little more
Four tsp. milk
Two vanillin capsules
Procedure
Step 1
Melt the butter in the microwave. Put the couverture in the microwave to melt.
Step 2
Pour the butter into a large bowl and add the sugar and eggs. Mix with a hand mixer, and gradually add the flour and milk once homogenised.
Step 3
As soon as the dough becomes pliable and comes off the fingers, start shaping the cookies. Use the mouth of a glass as a cup mat to shape them.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Use your finger to create a hollow in the centre of each cookie and fill it with melted couverture.
Step 5
Bake the cookies in the oven for 15 minutes.
