The hotel giant includes Greece and the new Conrad in Athens, among the most important new hotel openings for 2025.
Hilton continues to grow its international footprint with new hotels in Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA), the Americas and the Asia Pacific region.
The new additions reflect the groups expansion strategy with multiple travel options across the accommodation categories, with new luxury hotels, lifestyle and mid-range accommodation.
Hilton ranks Greece among the key markets for the group in terms of the European market.
The group has been in Athens for over six decades. The new Conrad Athens, in the place of the former "Hilton Athens", is going to introduce the Conrad brand to the Greek market.
It will have 280 rooms, a semi-Olympic size swimming pool, a rooftop jogging track and a private club, combining luxury with touches of local culture.
The historic building that housed the Hilton Athens for over half a century is now evolving into a multi-use and experiential ecosystem where the new hotel and residences of Hilton's award-winning Conrad and Waldorf Astoria brands will co-exist with dining, entertainment, wellness, retail and the new members club.
Most of Hilton's 2025 additions —13 in number—are opening in the Americas. In Europe, besides Greece, the new additions are in Germany, Estonia and Northern Ireland.
Four more new units are opening in the Asia Pacific region, while in the Middle East and Africa, three new hotels will be opened in Jordan, South Africa, and Ghana.
