The discussions are being led by Deputy Foreign Ministers Kostas Fragogiannis of Greece and Mehmet Kemal Bozay of Turkey.

A highlight of the event is the announcement of the “Hackathon Turkey-Greece 2024-25,” a cross-border competition aimed at promoting innovation, cooperation, and mutual understanding among young people from both nations. Open to participants aged 18-35, the hackathon will focus on the theme of Smart Cities, challenging teams to develop sustainable and forward-thinking solutions.
