A new earthquake struck off the coast of Crete, measuring 3.7 on the Richter scale. According to the Geodynamic Institute, the epicenter was located 35 kilometers south-southeast of Chrissi in Lasithi and had a focal depth of 10 kilometers.
Earlier in the day, another earthquake was recorded, measuring 3.2 on the Richter scale. This tremor was located 20 kilometers south of Arvi and also had a focal depth of 10 kilometers, occurring at 11:52.
