The lavish waterfront mansion that Donald Trump Jr. once shared with his ex-fiancée, Kimberly Guilfoyle, is now set to become a point of contention between the newly separated couple.
The two purchased the $15 million property in Jupiter, Florida, in 2021—just a short drive from Mar-a-Lago—intending it to be their shared home. But with Trump Jr. now moving on with new girlfriend Bettina Anderson and Kimberly preparing to relocate to Greece for her new role as U.S. Ambassador, the future of the sprawling estate is uncertain.
The couple had bought the mansion as “tenants in common,” meaning they each own a percentage of the property. This means the property can be sold, transferred, or mortgaged without the other’s consent, setting the stage for a potentially messy dispute.
A close source told DailyMail.com: “I doubt Kimberly is thrilled about Don Jr. moving his new girlfriend into a home that she worked so hard on. And honestly, I’m not sure Bettina would want to live in the house where Don lived with Kimberly.”
Kimberly, 55, has reportedly been staying in the mansion since their breakup, but with her Senate confirmation as Ambassador to Greece looming, she will soon be required to live full-time in Athens, nearly 6,000 miles away.
The estate—spanning 11,300 square feet with six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms—was originally bought for $9.7 million in March 2021, just two months after Donald Trump left office. The property is now valued at over $15 million. It was particularly attractive to the couple for its expansive 1.2-acre lot, which is much larger than other homes in the Admirals Cove gated community, offering ample space for Don Jr.’s five children.

The couple had been dating since 2018, got engaged in 2022, and settled into the home amid much fanfare. However, now that Don Jr. has moved on with Anderson, a 38-year-old socialite, the mansion’s fate remains in question.
Trump Jr. and Anderson, who were first spotted together publicly in August, seem to be growing increasingly serious. In December, Don Jr. even took her to Mar-a-Lago, where they were seen mingling with his father and parading their relationship.
The house, located in an exclusive community of 188 homes, has already drawn attention for its size and security concerns. While Don Jr. has been staying with Anderson in her modest home in West Palm Beach, the transition has been challenging for his Secret Service detail, given the significant difference in space between her three-bedroom home and his expansive Jupiter mansion.
With Kimberly’s imminent move to Greece, the couple’s differing plans for the property have become another point of friction. According to sources, Kimberly’s upcoming role as Ambassador is a way for the incoming president to distance her from the Trump family following the split while rewarding her loyalty during her time at Fox News.
As Don Jr. starts a new chapter with Anderson, and Kimberly looks ahead to her new life in Greece, the fate of their $15 million mansion will likely remain a battleground as the two navigate their post-split futures.
