Applications for this prestigious program close on Tuesday, December 31, 2024.
The initiative, designed to support the development of Greece‘s aviation sector, covers a significant portion of tuition costs for a professional civil aviation degree. AEGEAN collaborates with renowned Greek aviation schools, Global Aviation and Egnatia Aviation, to provide participants with comprehensive theoretical and practical training.
Graduates will also receive advanced training at the state-of-the-art AEGEAN│CAE Flight Training Center, located at AEGEAN’s new technical base. Upon completing the 17-19 month program, participants are guaranteed immediate employment opportunities in the cockpits of AEGEAN and Olympic Air.
With training costs exceeding €90,000 per pilot, the program offers a vital pathway into a high-cost and demanding career. Since its inception in 2018, AEGEAN has invested over €7 million in the program, supporting more than 180 young individuals, 90 of whom are now active pilots. An additional 80 candidates are currently undergoing training.
AEGEAN also runs a similar initiative for the training of aircraft engineers, further solidifying its commitment to fostering talent and advancing Greece’s aviation industry.
