Velvety chocolate truffles with peanut butter and spices

Delicious chocolate truffles with the guarantee of the quality of ION couverture.

Materials:

125 g classic ION couverture
125 g ION milk couverture
160 g peanut butter, smooth
30 g butter
100 g cream
5 tbsp whiskey
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. ginger
cocoa for the coating

Procedure

Step 1

Put all the ingredients in a saucepan.

Step 2

Put a pan of water on the heat, and once it boils, place the saucepan inside.

Step 3

Mix well to melt and homogenise the ingredients into a mixture.

Step 4

Transfer to a bowl, and once cooled, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Step 5

Then, shape the mixture into balls and roll them in cocoa to coat the truffles.
