Tactical Leadership Project 2024: Greek, Indian and Egyptian Air Forces complete month-long exercise

Tactical Leadership Project

Greece, India and Egypt are coordinating their strategic pace, with the armed forces of the "three" conducting exercises to deepen military ties. For a month, fighter jets and pilots from the three countries became one.

Tactical Leadership Project was held in Egypt from Wednesday, November 27 to Tuesday, December 24, with the 330th "Thunderbolt" Squadron of the 111th Fighter Wing (111FW) from Anchialos Air Base participating.

The Hellenic Air Force participated with 3 F-16 Block-30 aircraft and corresponding Flight and Technical personnel were stationed at Cairo West Air Base. The Egyptian Air Force also participated in Egypt's TLP-8 with all its aircraft, India with Su-30MKI.

Saudi Arabia had observers.

As announced by the Air Force General Staff, combat training was carried out with different types of aircraft participating in complex operational scenarios of increasing difficulty and complexity.

The aim was to develop a unified operational doctrine and tactics, harmonised with modern developments, that makes them capable of cooperating under different conditions. Greece maintains strategic relations with Egypt, India, and Saudi Arabia.
