Two elderly men were robbed on Friday afternoon in Sekeri, Volos, near the KTEL bus station. Two men of Pakistani origin, riding a bicycle, attacked and robbed them.

One of the elderly men beaten by the Pakistanis tried to resist and did not require hospitalisation. The perpetrators then robbed a young man a little further away, On Larissa reported.

The police responded immediately and, based on the victims’ descriptions, launched a search. Shortly afterwards, the two suspects were located and arrested near the Neapolis migrant camp.

The elderly men, who are brothers, were walking in Sekeri when they were attacked by the robbers, who wore hoods to cover their features. Despite the shock they suffered, the two men cooperated with the police to identify the perpetrators, who were brought to the prosecutor’s office.
