CRETE: Pakistani arrested for fighting 4 Indians on New Year's Eve

A fight broke out between four men from India and four from Pakistan on New Year's Eve in the Cretan city of Rethymno.

The four Pakistani men reportedly attacked the Indians "for an unknown reason," with the four Indians suffering minor injuries. The injured were taken to hospital, where they were given first aid and quickly discharged.

Police officers have already arrested a 37-year-old man from Pakistan following investigations. He was also in possession of a small amount of hashish, Nea Kriti reported.

At the same time, police continue to search for three more Pakistani men who are allegedly involved in the fight.
