Tom Hanks & Steven Spielberg's Homes Escape Destruction in Massive L.A. Fires

Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg have been spared from the destruction sweeping through their Los Angeles neighbourhoods. Both of their homes remain untouched by the devastating fires.

TMZ has obtained photos and video footage of the two properties, showing Hanks' cliffside house and Spielberg’s expansive wooded estate still standing despite the devastation.

The video shows the home directly above Hanks' property engulfed in flames, with smoke still rising. Meanwhile, Tom’s residence is left untouched, with not even a trace of ash visible on the white walls.

While the images don't offer full clarity for Spielberg, sources confirm that his property is also safe and intact—another win for the iconic filmmaker.

It’s a striking coincidence that both Hanks' and Spielberg’s homes have survived the fires, especially since they are close friends and frequent collaborators. Hanks starred in Spielberg's renowned film Saving Private Ryan and co-produced the Emmy-winning series Band of Brothers. Their partnership continued with successful films like The Terminal, Catch Me If You Can, Bridge of Spies, and The Post.

The ongoing Pacific Palisades Fire, which has already consumed over 17,000 acres, is the largest blaze currently affecting Los Angeles. It’s forced many celebrities to evacuate their homes, but so far, Spielberg and Hanks seem to have escaped unscathed.
