But the song that made me go 'Ah!' was by Karafotis and Christoforos, because it was different from the others. It had a Greek, slightly laika feel to it, while the rest were either ballads or pop, but each with its own distinct style," she said.
"I listened to them last night. There were some artists I wasn't familiar with, and I wanted to check them out. The songs are all very nice and quite different from each other," Kalomira shared.
When asked to pick a favorite, Kalomira acknowledged the difficulty in choosing just one. "It's hard for me to say which one I would vote for, because I need to see the stage performance, to see how the artist can captivate the audience and really make the song their own," she explained.
However, Kalomira did single out one entry in particular. "But the song that made me go 'Ah!' was by Karafotis and Christoforos, because it was different from the others. It had a Greek, slightly laika feel to it, while the rest were either ballads or pop, but each with its own distinct style," she said.
Interestingly, Kalomira revealed that she did not submit an entry of her own to this year's Greek final. "No, I didn't send a song this year. I'm in a different phase of my life now, but I'm happy to talk about Eurovision and I thank the audience for their support when I was on that stage," she shared.
Kalomira's insights provide a glimpse into the diversity and quality of the songs that will be competing in the Greek Eurovision 2025 final. Fans and music enthusiasts alike are eagerly awaiting to see which entry will ultimately represent Greece on the international stage.
