BREAKING: FOUR RESCUED AFTER D.C. MID-AIR COLLISION Emergency services have rescued four individuals from the Potomac River following the mid-air collision near Reagan National Airport. These victims were transported to the North Boathouse Fire Station at the airport. The water temperature at the time was a frigid 35 degrees, posing additional challenges for rescue operations. American Airlines confirmed that Flight 5342 had 60 passengers and four crew members on board. The number of occupants in the Black Hawk helicopter remains unknown. Source: NBC
