A 4.4-magnitude earthquake struck Evia on Thursday afternoon, with tremors felt across the Attica region, including Athens.
According to the Geodynamic Institute of Greece, the earthquake had a magnitude of 4.2 on the Richter scale, with its epicentre near Chalkida, the capital of Evia.
The quake caused noticeable shaking in several areas of Attica, but there have been no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
Authorities continue to monitor the situation.
