Two Airspace Violations by Turkish CN-235 Spy Plane in the Southeastern Aegean

On February 4, the Turkish Air Force violated three sections of the Athens Flight Information Region (FIR) and two sections of Greece’s national airspace.

The violations were carried out by a CN-235 spy plane.

The Turkish aircraft was detected operating in the southeastern Aegean region.

As per standard procedures, the Hellenic Air Force swiftly identified and intercepted the Turkish plane, ensuring the safety of Greece’s airspace.
