Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have announced an expansion of their flight schedule from Stansted Airport to Kos, Greece, in response to growing demand. Beginning July 3, a new weekly Thursday service will be added, running until September 25, increasing the frequency of flights to the popular holiday destination.
With this addition, Jet2 will operate daily services to Kos throughout the summer, providing travelers with more flexibility. The move aligns with Stansted Airport’s broader expansion of its European network, which includes new routes to France, the Netherlands, Turkey, Greece, and Germany.
Ciaran Brannigan, commercial director at Stansted Airport, welcomed the announcement, emphasizing Greece’s enduring popularity among travelers. Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, highlighted Kos as a top summer destination and noted that Summer 2025 will mark Jet2’s largest-ever Greek program from Stansted.
