What had been circulating as a rumour for some time is now confirmed: Tyler McBeth, the husband of Stefanos Kasselakis, is opening a gym. This announcement follows the establishment of a new company today, Monday, September 30, named “Barry’s Greece Monoprosopi I.K.E.”
The company was founded with an initial capital of €1,000, and its headquarters is located in the Municipality of Athens, specifically at 5 Leventi Street. This is the building where the luxurious maisonette purchased months ago by Stefanos Kasselakis and Tyler McBeth is situated.
Purpose of the Company
According to the company formation document, its purpose is to provide gym services, specialized fitness classes (such as aerobics, Pilates, yoga, etc.), and other fitness-related services.
The company is set to operate for 30 years, with a capital of €1,000 divided into 100 shares, each with a nominal value of €10. The document confirms that this amount has been fully paid at the time of establishment.
Tyler Matthew McBeth contributed the capital, paying €1,000 in cash and receiving 100 shares valued at €10 each.
Furthermore, it specifies that “the management of the company, general affairs, and judicial and extrajudicial representation will be entrusted for 30 years to Tyler Matthew McBeth, who will represent and bind the company individually.”
Here to Stay
Tyler McBeth’s circle commented that he has an independent professional path. Still, his decision to engage in business in Athens shows that both he and Stefanos Kasselakis genuinely mean it when they say they have come to Greece to stay.
