Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – Konstantina Sotiriou, a 25-year-old teacher from Greece, has proven that beauty and brains go hand-in-hand. Sotiriou recently captivated audiences at the Miss Cosmo International 2024 pageant, securing a coveted spot among the top 20 contestants.
Sotiriou, who balanced her rigorous preparation with her studies at the Pedagogical Department in Thessaloniki, wowed judges with her stunning presence and heartfelt interview. The competition organizers described her as possessing "an aura reminiscent of angels," captivating "the hearts and minds of all who see her walk."
The dedicated educator underwent months of intensive training in Puerto Rico, working with leading fashion and pageant coaches to hone her catwalk skills, communication, and overall stage presence.
Despite her success in the modeling world, Sotiriou remains committed to her true passion: teaching. She plans to return to the classroom full-time once her modeling career comes to a close.
“My main reason for participating was to represent my beloved Greece and showcase its rich culture," Sotiriou shared in an interview. "This experience has been incredible, and I'm so grateful for the opportunity."
While she may not have taken home the crown, Sotiriou’s dedication, grace, and commitment to education make her a true role model for young women everywhere.
