Those who love their traditional Greek cuisine can get their fix of Tzatziki, Moussaka, Dolmades, Keftedes, Gemista, Htapodi and other seafood platters, that feature seafood flown in from the Mediterranean.
For dessert there is homemade Baklava, Loukoumades or Rizogalo, plus traditionally made Greek coffee and the wine list includes an array of Grecian whites and reds, which will satisfy all palettes.
The restaurant prides itself on its in-house Bakalaki Extra Virgin Olive Oil, made from cold-pressed olives from Koroneiki trees.
Executive chef Spiros Palaiologos brings the heart and soul of Greece to the BAKALAKI kitchen, with over 20 years of experience. He grew up in the port town of Piraeus, before starting his culinary career in local restaurants around Greece.
Cooking Greek cuisine in Singapore over the past 4 years, his passion for bringing more of Greece into Asia motivates him. Introducing a modern Greek concept at BAKALAKI, Spiros sources and hand-picks authentic ingredients straight from Greece, ensuring he offers the best of his country to Singapore.
For those who are also after Greek products, you can purchase sauces, cheeses, honey, oils and sweets from the deli.
Both the restaurant and deli are open seven days a week, offering a menu that captures the true tastes, flavours, and essence of Greece.
