Professor James Stellios, a leading expert in constitutional law, has been appointed as a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia, New South Wales Registry. The announcement was made today by The Honourable Mark Dreyfus KC MP, with Professor Stellios set to begin his judicial role on 19 December 2024.
