Archaeologists have uncovered a 2,000-year-old female statue in the ancient city of Vlandos, western Turkey. Standing 1.90 meters tall and missing its head and arms, the statue was discovered during excavations around the Temple of Demeter and is expected to be exhibited at the Usak Archaeological Museum in 5-6 months.
