Today marks the 11th anniversary of Pavlos Fyssas’s murder by Giorgos Roupakias, a member of Golden Dawn. To commemorate, rallies and marches are planned in Keratsini and Kokkinia. In response, the Hellenic Police have temporarily closed the metro stations “Korydallos” and “Maniatika,” with trains passing through without stopping. The anniversary highlights the enduring impact of Fyssas’s death and the ongoing fight against far-right extremism.
