The “Safe Youth” panic button, designed to help young people quickly report violence, will officially launch on Monday, Citizen Protection Minister Michalis Chrisochoidis announced. Linked to the 10201 emergency line, the tool aims to enhance police response to violent incidents. The minister also addressed rising youth-related arrests and tougher penalties for weapons possession, alongside ongoing investigations into a deadly Ambelokipi explosion linked to terrorism.
