Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with DKG Development to develop the first Wyndham hotel in Piraeus. Nestled on the seafront next to Tourism Marina Zeas, Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas will feature 72 luxurious serviced apartments, most boasting unobstructed sea views. The property will also include a restaurant, gym, spa, and a multipurpose event hall, all meticulously designed by renowned architect Jean-Pierre Heim. This unique project, valued at over €25 million, is set to welcome its first guests in December 2025, marking a significant collaboration between DKG Development and Wyndham's hospitality excellence.
